Im tying to get a present for my girlfriend who lives in vietnam and i live in the US She says she is a vietnam shoe size 36. What is that in a us women's size?

If its the same as European sizes, then 36 is a women's 6 in US sizes. I would err on the side of caution and get her a different gift because shoes fit everyone differently. Get her a necklace or something that doesn't need sizing.
