I live in Vietnam, want to study in California?
could you please help me find an university of law, and how can i apply to? and give website of that university to get information about fee, scholarship potential,time for start and finish...thank you very much!

well, let me start by saying vietnam is a lot like california. start at your local university. hell, go online! its all good.!
