there are many "expariots" that work in and around "de tham & pham ngu lau streets..especially in the back alleys behind de tham street.. many of them teach english..go around and ask...xuong duong de tham [ q1] hoi ve nhung nguoi nuoc ngoai dang lam viec trong khu vuc do..nhieu nguoi do noi tieng anh duoc , nhung nguoi nuoc ngoai do giai tien anh.....

the question is if you are not pretty at all, they dont want to spend their time on you. Why dont ask vietkieu to be your friend then ? they can both languages as well and you dont need a dictionary
