I have a toshiba notebook and i live in vietnam and i need help with purchasing things

I have a toshiba notebook and i live in vietnam and i need help with purchasing things.?
I visited the site and added things to my cart. when i check out it only gives me US states and no additional countries. When i visit the vietnamese site (www.toshiba.com.vn) it is in vietnamese and i cant understand!!! How do i order??

If you are in Ha Noi, simply go to Ly Nam De Street. There are lots of computer shops and toshiba dealers as well

Pretty hard because you would have to live inside of a war since the begining until the end that wouldn't be for a long time.

Painfully hard, not to mention dangerous. Fear and uncertainty, having to flee from your homes for safety, guerrilla-like war going on all around you, bombing, weapons fire, invasions, not knowing who you can trust. And one of the still big problems - anti-personnel mines were planted all over the country and many are still out there maiming and killing.

As you know, Vietnam is a poor country, it's hard to buy a new laptop. I can't give one. Please tell me how to give an old laptop for free!

Go to your next door neighbor house and see if they locked there door and if not take there laptop and run.

Theres a site called freecycle in the U.K. people give away their unwanted belongings when they upgrade, furniture clothes electrical equipment amongst many other things. You could search the net and see if you have freecycle in your area
