I just made some homemade pepper spray (that i leaned from youtube) and i was thinking of using it when there's someone attacking me. FYI : I'm currently living in Vietnam; is it possible for me to use it? Will i get into deep trouble if i'd spray it on someone?

well first off viet nam has the best pepper..but that's beside the point.. do you get attacked much ??, again i digress..my thoughts are this better to protect yourself any way you can , worry about the consequences later....
