Uhmm, what? Do you want to talk to my dad or something, he was born in 1954(circa) in Vietnam, or few or my relatives who live there.

Just go to Vietnam. You sure can find a whole heckuva lot of people who lived there before 1975. And I'll bet you can find a whole heckuva lot of people who have never even left the country since 1975. That would be anyone who's older than 34 years old and I betcha there's a whole heckuva lot of them over there right now. Try it out.

Many Vietnamese were fleeing the country before Saigon fell and they ended up in places like the Philippines before making their way to the US. You might try contacting the International Students Union at your local University for references. They would be more involved in the Vietnamese community so they might know of some local people who lived in Vietnam before 1975 that live here now. ~ Good Luck! ~

Can i send text message from my computer in the US to a cell phone in vietnam?
my sweethart is living in vietnam, she can't send or receive e-mail. So i want to contact her throuugh my computer and her cell phone

you can get skype. you would have to buy credit but you can send text messages to her phone

Skype would be easier. However, it depends on who she has phone wise (verizon, at&t, sprint exc.) You will have to check with which ever compnay she uses to see if this applys or not. Some do and a few wont. However, you should also check on the price also! Sending a text through your email isnt hard, and online depending who your sending it to (which company) will tell you how to send a text through email to a cell phone text. So look into that as well! But your girlfriend since she is using the texting she should look into the price, as it may add up because of how far away you both are from one another and because in some phone companys email isnt considered a normal text and as well it will depend on her texting plan. I do know personally though: If she has a verizon phone and has unlimited texting > the price to receive your message and respond would go up because of how far away you are from one another. However, it is possible (again if she has verizon) On verizons website it tells you how to type in an email to a persons cell phone number > you would then be able to email text your gf and she will be able to text you back and it would end up in your email. However, through email watch how long your messages are as they dont fully show up through a text! 160words is not always the case when sending it through email! Through her phone she will be able to send the whole 160 words to your email. Good luck. And again check with the phone company to get all of your answers its your best bet!

Should be able to,you just need to google "send email to (insert her carrier here) phone.It should give you something like number@uscc.net,if she were on us cellular that is.The exact adress will vary from carrier to carrier.Its just like an email except your not sending to joe@gmail.com,you use the adress it gives you,of course replacing the example with her number It could take a while for her to get it though.

K3 visa wife in Vietnam / girlfriend in the state?
I have a cousine who's going to file for a K3 visa for his wife who live in vietnam. But in the state he have a girlfriend and she's pregnant. Do you think they'll give him a heard time? And would it be denied or what? Or should he not even wast his time and money? He's a immigrants and doesn't have citizenship! Shes going to file him as the father and ask for child support.

Having a pregnant girlfriend in the US will not make any difference. The only real investigation that will be done is of his wife. As long as he's a US citizen no in depth investigation is done.

I don't see how it would make a difference. They would not ask if you had a pregnant girlfriend, so why volunteer that information. Shame on you, by the way.
