What country do you live in?

where would the wife and children of a navy lieutenant serving in Vietnam have lived in the southeast

where would the wife and children of a navy lieutenant serving in Vietnam have lived in the southeast?
Specifically, where would the housing or base be for Navy dependents' housing? Charleston? Savannah?

if you knew more about the lieutenant you might be able to pin it down more. It could be Newport VA or Pensacola FL or Mobile AL...or any other of many navy bases along coast.
